Please note the following rates:

Domestic and International: 

We ship via USPS and UPS with upgrades and expedited service available at checkout.

Everything will be shipped fully insured with tracking.

All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the contents value is $500.00 or more.

online return policy

Please note that as all 12th HOUSE JEWELRY pieces are made to order, they are final sale and we do not accept returns, so please be sure of the piece you're looking at before you purchase. If you are hesitant or have any questions, please  CONTACT US  before placing an order.

Once an order has been placed we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled. If you have emergency requests, it is possible to change a ring size or cancel within 4 hours of the order having been placed on a business day. 

We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for your rings prior to placing your order online.

repair policy

If a piece is shipped to you defective or damaged, you must return the item within 7 days of receipt.  We will make the necessary repairs and return it to you.

If in the event your piece becomes damaged please contact us for a repair and return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure the shipment for the full value of the returned item. Please ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Please mail the piece back to our studio in a padded envelope or small box, if possible with the original packaging. We are not responsible for jewelry lost in the mail due to improper shipping methods. Enclose in the box the order confirmation, the jewelry piece and the return address and contact information. Please allow 2-3 weeks for repairs to be returned to you.

international orders

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes when appropriate is based on the order value and the tax threshold determined by the destination country. Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

All international sales are final.
