about 12th house
12th HOUSE is a fine jewelry house devoted to modern talismans — sculptural pieces rooted in symbolism, art history, and the private rituals of the wearer.
Created in precious metals and natural gemstones, the work is designed to hold meaning: a wish, a memory, a threshold, a transformation. From Pendulum Vessels and chain systems to Midheaven rings, Ouroboros amulets, and one-of-a-kind pieces, each object is made to feel personal from the moment it is chosen, and even more so with time.

design philosophy
Every 12th HOUSE piece begins as a small sculpture.
The work is guided by the belief that jewelry can be both intimate object and symbolic architecture — something beautiful, precise, and energetically charged. We are drawn to vessels, circles, thresholds, hidden chambers, protective forms, rare gemstones, and the way a piece changes in meaning when it is worn close to the body.
Rather than design around trend, 12th HOUSE designs around resonance: form, geometry, ritual, material, and the private story the wearer brings to it. A talisman is not meaningful because it explains itself. It becomes meaningful through touch, repetition, memory, and use.
The pieces are made to live in that space between adornment and object — fine jewelry with a sculptural presence, a symbolic language, and a private life of its own.
Part jewelry, part secret.

ABOUT THE CREATOR
Kelly Lannen
Kelly Lannen is the artist, designer and goldsmith at 12th HOUSE.
She believes that the mystical resides in us all. Connecting with our magic is a powerful daily ritual. This connection can be strengthened and amplified with the daily ritual of wearing jewelry, one of the most ancient forms of human expression.
The inspiration for her design work is drawn from a deep well of art history and love of learning new languages, most recently the language of astrology and the cosmos.
A lifelong artist, Kelly studied Fine Art at University of Michigan. Upon graduating with her BFA, she was awarded a scholarship to study Sculpture at the prestigious New York Academy of Art, co-founded by Andy Warhol. Her MFA sculpture thesis project won the Brady Travel Grant for Artistic Excellence, and she was selected to compete in the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts Sculpture Contest.
From painstakingly restoring the private Cast Antiquities Collection at the New York Academy of Art, to working as professional sculptor to Jeff Koons and several contemporary artists, these experiences have honed her skills and sharpened her eye for design, detail and proportion.
In her 20 years of working and living in New York City, Kelly had the privilege to work with numerous exhibiting artists and exhibition projects, as well as completing a goldsmithing apprenticeship and graduating from the GIA with her AJP diploma.
