Made by hand, made to order Each piece is made by hand in New York City. Made-to-order pieces begin production when you place your order and ship in the production time noted on each product page. Ready-to-ship pieces ship within a few days.

Final sale Made-to-order, custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are final sale.

Returns and exchanges Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for store credit. Contact us at hello@12thhousejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return; we will send instructions. We send a prepaid, fully insured return label, and the cost of the label is deducted from the store credit. There is no charge for the label on a straight exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Shipping Every order ships fully insured, and a signature is required on delivery.

International orders International orders follow the same return terms as domestic orders. Import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Duties are not refunded on international returns.
