Shipping policy

Every order ships fully insured, with tracking, and a signature is required on delivery. Tracking information is sent by email once your package ships.

Domestic orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping is included on every domestic order.

International orders ship via DHL, and shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Duties are not refunded on international returns.

In-stock pieces ship within one to three business days. Made to order pieces are noted on each product page with their production time; some pieces run two to three weeks. Pendulum Vessels are made to order and ship in four to six weeks.
