Long ago it was believed that there were beautiful seas and lakes of water on the moon that were visible from Earth.  Galileo looked through his telescope and named them all. This ring is named after one of those lakes, the Mare Nubium.

Pictured here in 18k gold with a 1.0ct VVS2 [clarity], F [color], white brilliant cut oval diamond, with an excellent cut to give the most sparkle. Set with 0.2cts of natural white diamond pave down the sides of the band.
