the conversation begins
It all starts with a conversation, beginning with reaching out to us via the contact for consultation form below.
We discuss your vision, your specific requirements and budget for the project and dive into further detail in the next phase...
phase ii
designing & sourcing
This phase of custom designing starts with a design deposit, we begin sourcing select gemstones for the project, and start creating two to three design options to present to the you in the next phase...
phase III
design & gem approval
In this phase we move into presentation of the designs and gemstone options. The project balance is due upon approving your final design and selecting your gemstone.
The project will then move into the next phase of production...
phase iv
production
This phase happens in our studio where your design comes to life. This part of the process takes up to six weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Clients are updated bi-weekly of the status until the final phase comes...
phase v
delivery to you
This is the final phase of your custom piece. Upon completion we professionally photograph the jewelry for our archive, write up an evaluation report, and deliver it to you to cherish for a lifetime and beyond.

Custom work & personalization
Each piece in our collection can be personalized for you, from your preference of precious metal alloy to the size and cut of a gemstone. Many of our designs can be personalized for you this way as all of our work is made-to-order.
Bespoke is completely different in the sense that we start from scratch and create a totally new and unique design just for you.
Short answer, no!
We don't automatically charge a fee for personalizing a piece, but if we do additional services like custom engraving for example, that would incur additional charges.
Things like upgrading a diamond, choosing different gemstones, or metal color for an existing design may cost more.

Over our consultation call you will learn about our Custom process, about our Custom fit + Sizing services, production timelines and delivery options.
We are fortunate to have been working with clients remotely for the past ten years for both Custom work and Bespoke services. The conversation begins via email or by simply submitting the request form above.
We offer a Custom fit + Sizing service where we work with you to make sure your new piece of jewelry will fit just right.
Our design services are extensive, because you are working directly with an artist. Communication is key, we create an open dialogue with our clients so they are part of the design conversation throughout the process.
Our Customized and Bespoke services typically take between 4 - 6 weeks from the order date to finishing and shipping out to you. We offer rush services when possible, though fees might apply.
