Because we make all our jewelry to order and the price of our raw materials is so high, all orders purchased using a discount code are only eligible for either a FULL refund in the form of a store credit or a refund to the original payment method MINUS a 10% restocking fee.
12th HOUSE offers free returns for a full refund or store credit on select purchases within 14 days of delivery of your new jewelry. Exclusions may apply. Returns only valid on eligible items. Custom / engraved / made to order / personalized jewelry / meditation kits are final sale.
We make all of our pieces by hand in our studio and do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. As such, all items in the ready to ship collection will ship within a few days. All other styles will be added to our production queue and will ship in 4 - 6 weeks.
All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. All international orders are final sale.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
At 12th HOUSE we check all merchandise for any defects or damage before shipping. We are deeply committed to the highest level of quality to ensure you receive an exceptional product to cherish for a lifetime.
We ask that the recipient also check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of defects.
Merchandise damaged by the recipient will not be accepted for refund, and any return or exchange that does not meet the following criteria will be sent back to the customer.
- We accept returns for rings, bands, and fine jewelry up to two weeks after items are delivered to the recipient.
- Items must be in unworn condition and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom jewelry, Personalized jewelry, Bespoke jewelry, and engraved items are final sale.

Any cancellation of standard orders must be done within two business days from the time the order was placed to avoid any additional fees or charges.
All orders placed after January 1st, 2022 will incur a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Items being exchanged for another item will not incur the 10% restocking fee.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All Personalized, Customized, Engraved and Bespoke jewelry orders are considered final sale.
Ritual kits and any accessories are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES/GIFT EXCHANGES
If your order was marked as a gift and you would like to exchange it for a different size please contact our customer service team at hello@12thhousejewelry.com to begin the exchange process.
REFUNDS
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for our team to process your order upon receiving it.
Original shipping charges (if any) are not subject to refund. Credits will appear within 3 - 5 business days on your account.
