Returns Made Easy - Got a change of heart? No problem! We gladly accept returns for rings, pendants, and fine jewelry within two weeks after you receive them. Contact our Client Concierge to start the process

Tip-Top Condition - To make a return, just remember: items must be in their original, unworn condition. Keep the original packaging intact too – it's like returning the favor!

What's Yours, Stays Yours - Some things are too special to part with. Our Made to Order, Custom, Personalized, Bespoke, and engraved pieces are yours for keeps – they're final sale.

Restocking Fee Tidbit - For orders placed after January 1st, 2022, there's a little thing called a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Just a heads-up!

Exchange Excitement - Planning to swap for something different? Good news! Exchanging items won't bring along that 10% restocking fee. We're all about spreading the love.
