At 12th HOUSE we check all merchandise for any defects or damage before shipping. We are deeply committed to the highest level of quality to ensure you receive an exceptional product to cherish for a lifetime.

We ask that the recipient also check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of defects.

Merchandise damaged by the recipient will not be accepted for refund, and any return or exchange that does not meet the following criteria will be sent back to the customer:

CRITERIA

◖ We accept returns for rings, bands, and fine jewelry up to two weeks after items are delivered to the recipient. 

◖  Items must be in unworn condition and returned in their original condition and packaging.

◖  Custom jewelry, Personalized jewelry, Bespoke jewelry, and engraved items are final sale.

◖ All orders placed after January 1st, 2022 will incur a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

◖  Items being exchanged for another item will not incur the 10% restocking fee.
